You may check the Zepto Pass membership fee on the Zepto Platform.
No cash alternative to the benefits will be offered.
Some special products fees, handling charges, and/or taxes may apply to the eligible purchases.The membership fee is non-refundable, non transferable, non exchangeable and is subject to applicable taxes.
The rights to extend the membership period or discontinue or withdraw any such extension without prior notice is hereby reserved.
User may have to opt-in for the free delivery benefit on the check-out page.
Zepto Pass membership is discretionary for the Zepto users and Users may purchase products on the Zepto App without subscribing to the membership as well.
Trials or other promotional Zepto Pass benefits may also be offered to certain users, which are also subject to these Terms.
Zepto Pass membership isn't available for the users who purchase products for the purpose of resale or use Zepto Pass membership to deliver products to their customers or potential customers.
The benefits of Zepto Pass may be suspended or cancelled in cases of suspected or alleged fraud or misuse by users. In such instances, sole discretion may be exercised to reject or recover any claimed benefits earned under this program.
All queries with respect to the Zepto Pass membership shall be sent to support@zeptonow.com with the subject line ‘Zepto Pass'. All endeavors shall be made to address your queries. However, it is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of Zepto.
The right to modify or/and withdraw the Zepto Pass without prior notice is expressly reserved.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
These terms are in addition to the Zepto Terms of Use and not in substitution.
The eligibility criteria for Zepto Pass membership shall be determined at sole discretion.
