cooking instructions
Heat 3 tbsp (45 g) of oil in a pan. Add 225 g (1.5 cups) of chopped and blanched vegetables (carrot, beans, baby corn) and stir-fry on high flame. Add 3 cups (450 g) of cooked rice and the entire pack of masala (20 g) then toss well. Sprinkle 2 tbsp (20 ml) of water on the side of the pan and toss well. Serve hot garnished with spring onion
