Drain, saving 150 ml of noodle water. in a bowl, mix Spicy Schezwan Dressing, half of the Seasoning Mix, and the reserved noodle water. Toss cooked noodles in the bowl until well-coated. Add the remaining Seasoning Mix to taste. Top with Peanut Cracker and enjoy
