cooking instructions
Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 3 chopped onions, 2 chopped green chillies, and 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste. Sauté until onions turn golden brown. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, salt as per taste, and mix well. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of tomato puree/paste and 3/4 cup of cashew paste. Cook on medium flame until gravy thickens. Add 1/2 tsp of Shahi Paneer Masala and 200 gm of paneer cubes. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
