Zepto Sellers are thrilled to reward your loyalty with free cash when you shop through Zepto Supersaver! To help you make the most of this offer, please read the detailed terms below.
🗓️ 1. Offer Duration
- Zepto Super Saver Monthly Milestones Campaign runs for a period which shall be specified on the Zepto App.
- All qualifying orders must be placed within the Campaign Period
- Orders placed before or after the Campaign Period won’t count toward this milestone.
📦 2. How the Milestone Program Works
Unlocking your free cash is simple — just complete the qualifying number of Supersaver orders on Zepto App during the Campaign Period!
- Place qualifying number of Supersaver orders as displayed on Zepto App within the Campaign Period. The number of qualifying orders can be different among the Users.
- Upon placing your last qualifying order, you will become eligible to receive free cash in your Zepto account, which will be received by you within 21 working days from the date of your last qualifying order.
🟢 You’ll be able to track your progress using the Milestone Tracker shown on your app’s Supersaver homepage and cart page.
📌 3. Important Order Conditions
To make sure your orders count toward the milestone:
🛒 Only Supersaver Orders Are Eligible for this Campaign
- Only Supersaver orders count toward your Milestone progress. Non-Supersaver orders will not be considered and will not contribute to your milestone journey.
💰 Minimum Order Value Must Be Met
- Each order must meet your minimum order value on Supersaver.
- The minimum order value is visible on your Supersaver Homepage.
❌ Cancelled / Returned / Replaced Orders Will Not Count
- Orders that are cancelled / returned / replaced by you or by Zepto Sellers (due to payment, delivery, stock or any issues) won’t be counted.
-Only successfully delivered or completed Supersaver orders are included in your milestone progress.
👤 Orders Must Be Placed From Your Own Account
- You must place all orders using your own Zepto account (the one that shows the Milestone offer).
- Even if you're ordering for someone else or sending it to a different address, make sure it's from your account.
- Orders from other accounts (friends/family) will not be counted toward your milestone.
🏠 Flexible Delivery Address
- You are free to send your orders to different addresses (e.g., home, office, relatives).
-The delivery address does not need to be the same across orders.
-As long as the orders are placed from your eligible account, they’ll be counted.
🎁 4. Free Cash Details
🛍️ How and When You Get Your Free Cash
- Once you’ve placed your last qualifying order, you would become eligible for receiving free cash shown to you in your Zepto account.
- The free cash is a promotional voucher and will be received by you within 21 working days from the date of your last qualifying order.
- The free cash received must be consumed in a single order on select products only. In case of partial consumption, the remainder of the free cash would expire after the order in which free cash has been applied. Free cash cannot be applied to products such as tobacco, baby food, etc.
- The free cash must be used within the specified validity period.
- Free cash value may vary by city and store and also basis the user cohort.
🚫 No Exchange Option
- The free cash cannot be exchanged.
- The free cash is non-transferable and cannot be substituted.
🔄 5. Availability & Support
- All queries with respect to the Zepto Super Saver shall be sent to support@zeptonow.com with the subject line ‘Zepto Super Saver – Monthly Milestones Campaign’. All endeavors shall be made to address your queries. However, it is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of Zepto.
🔄 6. General Terms
-Trials may also be offered to certain users, which are also subject to these Terms.
- This Campaign is discretionary for the Zepto users and Users may purchase products on the Zepto Platform without participating in this Campaign as well.
- The benefits of the Campaign may be suspended or cancelled in cases of suspected or alleged fraud or misuse by users. In such instances, sole discretion may be exercised to reject or recover any claimed benefits earned under this campaign.
- The right to modify or/and withdraw the Campaign without prior notice is reserved.
- Where the value of the cash exceeds the exemption limit under Income Tax Act, 1961, winner shall bear all applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax and any other statutory levy as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the contest.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
- These terms are in addition to the Zepto Terms of Use and not in substitution.The eligibility criteria for the Campaign shall be determined at sole discretion.
