Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, ricotta cheese, and eggs together until well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Lay a sheet of phylgo dough in the prepared baking dish and brush with melted butter. Repeat this process to layer four more sheets, brushing each with butter.

Spread the cheese and egg mixture over the phyllo layer.

Cover the filling with another five sheets of phyllo, brushing each sheet with butter.

Score the top layers of phyllo with a sharp knife to mark out serving sizes.
