Thai Sticky Rice with Mango

Rinse the sticky rice until the water runs clear, then soak in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Drain the rice and steam in a bamboo steamer or a fine mesh sieve over a pot of boiling water for 30 minutes or until tender.

While the rice is cooking, mix coconut milk with sugar and salt in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely.

Transfer the cooked rice to a bowl and pour the warm coconut milk mixture over it. Stir well and let it soak for about 30 minutes, allowing the rice to absorb the milk.

Peel the mango and slice neatly.
