Boil potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, and peas until soft.

Heat butter in a pan, add onions, and sauté until light brown.

Add garlic, bell peppers and tomatoes, and cook until they are soft.

Add boiled vegetables, salt, pav bhaji masala, and water as needed. Mash well and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Add a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.

Butter the pav (bread rolls) and toast on a pan until golden.
