How to Make Mysore Pak

Grease a square pan with a little ghee and set aside.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, mix gram flour and ghee till combined and set aside.

In another pan, prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water until it reaches a single string consistency.

Gradually add the ghee and gram flour mixture to the sugar syrup, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Keep cooking the mixture on medium heat, adding ghee in intervals, until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
