How to Make Bhindi Do Pyaza

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add sliced onions and green chilies, sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, fry for a minute.
