1. Soak 2 packs (280 g) of Ching's Secret Veg Hakka Noodles as per instruction on the pack and keep aside. 2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and stir-fry 4 cups (400 ml) of chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion) for 2 - 3 mins. 3. Add soaked Ching's Secret Veg Hakka Noodles to the vegetables. Add Ching's Secret Hakka Noodles Masala (no need to add extra salt). Sprinkle 2 tbsp of water, mix well, and stir-fry for 3 - 4 mins. 4. Your Hakka Noodles is ready! Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot!
