Ingredients Required: Tomato - Sliced - 1/2 Cup (100 g), Tamarind - 25 g (1 Lime Size), Water - 500 ml (2 Cup), Brahmins Rasam Powder - 2 Tbsp (10 g), Coconut Oil - 1/2 Tbsp, Dry Red Chilli, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Coriander Leaves As Required, Salt - To Taste. Preparation: Soak Tamarind in Sufficient Water and Drain the Essence. Take Water in a Bowl, Bring to Boil with Brahmins Rasam Powder and Tamarind Essence. Heat Oil in a Pan and Add Mustard, Dry Red Chilli and Curry Leaves and Roast Them Until Turns Aromatic. Add Chopped Tomato and Saute in Low Flame. Once It Is Ready, Pour It Directly to the Boiled Mixture. Add Salt to Taste. Garnish with Coriander Leaves
