Senior HR Business Partner


This role is primarily responsible for executing HR initiatives for all employees in order improve performance and build capability and commitment to the organization

Role Description

- Provide tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives.

- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development

- Communicate and reinforce the value proposition & culture through various HR initiatives

- Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy.

- Responsible for new joiner experience, seamless exit management and overall E2E employee experience.

- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements

- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies.

- Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables, which will include quarterly reviews, rewards and recognition, awards; etc

- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances for the business unit

- Actively participates in Talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns; job fairs; college relations programs; general networking; etc. to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate in any stream, MBA good to have

- 10 to 12 years of experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR Business Partnering, generalist environment with a rapidly growing company (IT Services/Product Software Companies)

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and independently with minimum supervision, Strong on data analytics

- Articulate, High on judgment and maturity
